http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2009/06/adwords-api-v2009-launch.html There will be a new equivalent to the KeywordToolService, and the current date that we're looking at for the v13 sunset is early 2010, though we don't have a firm date scheduled at this time. Rest assured that developers will get plenty of advanced warning before v13 is shut off.
