Hi Parna,

Can you please post the exception you are getting?  You can see if
there are any flags on your API tokens by logging into the AdWords web
interface with your MCC account and navigating to "My Account" ->
"AdWords API Center".  The full list of API error codes can be found
here: 
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/adwords_api_error_codes.html.
