Hi Gervasio, The clientEmail you specified is not in a valid format for the sandbox. As stated on the Using the Sandbox page ( http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/adwords_api_sandbox.html#requestheaders ), the clientEmail header must be in the form "client_n+login_id".
