Hi Ewan,

There shouldn't be any cases where a scheduled report fails to run
completely, so if you are seeing this behavior it is something we
should look into a bit further.  Can you give me more technical
details about how you are scheduling, polling, and downloading the
reports?  How often do you see this behavior?  Do you have any logs or
specific dates/times when you saw this behavior?
