Hi Hari,

The 403 error, and the returned HTML content, indicate that your
requests resemble an attack on Google's servers and have been
temporarily blocked.  This can happen when you make too many requests
in a short period of time.  Some causes are:

- Making many small requests instead of a few large requests to access
data.
- Running many threads at once that access the API.
- Having other applications that are also heavily using Google
services that share the same external IP address.

Do you know if any of the above situations are present during your
sync process?
