Hi, The AdWords API can be used to pull a wide variety of information about AdWords accounts, so developing an application like this is certainly possible. Something to be aware of though is that there are unpublished limits on how many requests you can make to the AdWords API in a given time frame, so it may be difficult to achieve near real time results.
