I apologize for not making this clear earlier, but the string value is
the name of the subclass.
<targets>
<Target.Type>AdScheduleTarget</Target.Type>
<dayOfWeek>MONDAY</dayOfWeek>
<startHour>0</startHour>
<startMinute>ZERO</startMinute>
<endHour>0</endHour>
<endMinute>THIRTY</endMinute>
<bidMultiplier>1.0</bidMultiplier>
</targets>
