Hi Victor,

APIlity will continue to work as long as the v13 services you are
using are still active.  A number of v13 services are scheduled to be
sunset on April 22, 2010 ( see
http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2009/10/were-happy-to-announce-newest-version.html
) but there is currently no replacement for the ReportService in
v2009.  We recommend that you start porting your code to use the v2009
API and the AdWords API PHP client library ( 
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/
) for services that are available in v2009 and continue to use v13 and
APIlity for services that are not yet available.
