Hi Peter, Unfortunately it isn't possible at this time to create an entire campaign structure using one bulk mutate job. This is a feature request the core engineering team is aware of, but I don't have any information about if or when this feature would be available. For the time being the best you can do is split the operations into multiple jobs so that the ID's are available for later operations.
