Hi Eric, Actually, we are looking for a business information, not a legal information.
Do Google want us to integrate features also if we don't need them for our product and if we are not an Adwords Client ? It this API only dedicated to develop Adwords Client that would replace completely Google Adwords interface ? I believe this point has really to be clearer.
