Hi, I'm glad to hear you have it working now. The TargetingIdeaService is more closely related to the Search-Based Keyword Tool:

The results from this tool and the TargetingIdeaService may be different that those from the old Keyword Tool and KeywordToolService: http://www.google.com/support/sktool/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=114875.
