Hi Sreenu, This error indicates that your application information has not been entered in the AdWords web interface. This information is needed for you application token. To resolve this, log into the AdWords web interface with the MCC account that owns your developer token, navigate to "My Account" -> "AdWords API Center" and update your application information. After it is updated it will automatically be reviewed.
