Hi, Campaign names are unique and you cannot create new campaign with the same name as deleted campaign (because deleted campaigns are still there, just with deleted status). You have few options:
a) Don’t create a new campaign, just un-delete the campaign with the same name. For that you need to change deleted campaigns status and set correct start and end dates. b) You have 5 clients on SandBox (client_1, client_2, etc.). If you reached campaign limit, just use another (empty client). c) All sandbox accounts are cleaned once a month, that will purge deleted campaigns in your original client.
