Hi, This isn't really to do with the API itself, it's just to do with AdWords account limits. I know that you can only have 25 active at one time so try pausing some and see if it works. I'm not sure if there's also a limit on the number you can create regardless of how many you have paused but if there is then you might need to delete some. If that isn't possible you could open another account but I'm not sure if there's any policy issue with doing so. Maybe the API advisor knows?
