I am receiving this error when making a v200909 API call:

despite the fact that I have successfully connect to the ClientLogin
API and received this token back.

I tried to change the Application/Developer keys and that didn't seem
to affect this result.
I was able to use this
I thought it might have been an issue switching between sandbox /
live, but I was point in both cases to the live services.
Can you please advise what might be the cause of this error?
