I am thinking the answer is no, but wanted to confirm. If they are, then how can we distiguish placements ( http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/v2009/docs/reference/AdGroupCriterionService.Placement.html ) from keywords (http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/v2009/docs/ reference/AdGroupCriterionService.Keyword.html)
