We're having an issue making connections to the AdWords API (adwords.google.com tcp:443). The problem is intermittant, where most of our connection attempts aren't successfully establishing TCP connections (SYN packet sent, no ACK returned).
We've got three application servers running the same software on the same network, but it's only two of the three servers that's having the issue. Our investigation into the problem suggests it's a network issue -- we've found that the two problematic servers are having their packets routed to adwords.google.com via Level3's network, whereas the working system is routed via Sprintlink.
