Hi Jay, The APIlity project has been deprecated, and there won't be support added for the v200909 version of the API. Instead we recommend using the new (and more generically named) AdWords API PHP client library:
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/ That site includes a video showing how to get up and running using the client library.
