Hi Manuel, The v200909 version of the API doesn't use error codes, and therefore the v13 method of triggering errors int he sandbox doesn't work. Unfortunately there is no way in v2009 to trigger an arbitrary error in the sandbox, but this is something we will continue to investigate.
