Same problem here with the AdWords API PHP Framework, every job is
failing including getAllCampaigns:

Request:

  <SOAP-ENV:Body>
    <ns1:get xsi:type="get">
      <ns1:selector xmlns:ns1="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/
cm/v200909" xsi:type="ns1:CampaignSelector"/>
    </ns1:get>
  </SOAP-ENV:Body>

Response:

<soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/";>
  <soap:Body>
    <soap:Fault>
      <faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode>
      <faultstring>Unmarshalling Error: cvc-elt.4.2: Cannot resolve
'get' to a type definition for element 'ns1:get'. </faultstring>
    </soap:Fault>
  </soap:Body>
</soap:Envelope>
