Hello,

I have also been experiencing this issue.  I first saw this last week
with some campaigns with the name Campaign #1  that appeared in some
accounts that did not have any network targeting set. The users
claimed that they didn't create the campaigns.   Now I am seeing this
in campaigns that have not changed.  I am seeing this in search only
campaigns in my case.
