ok. i have done:
Original Code in PHP lib:
// Get the AdGroupAdService.
$adGroupAdService = $user->GetAdGroupAdService('v200909');
$adGroupId = '3121652289';
Fix:
// Get the AdGroupAdService.
$adGroupAdService = $user->GetAdGroupAdService('v200909');
$foo = '3121652289';
$adGroupId = (float)$foo;
if someone know better fix, let me know.
