I believe this is unofficially 180 per minute but we've run it in a loop and have seen times where we don't get a CAPTCHA error till after 200 or sometimes as high as 951 attempts. Also, appears as though CAPTCHA errors automatically unlock after 10 minutes but I'm not 100% sure as to how consistent that is. You may want to test out these thresholds with sample code before turning it on in production.
