Hi, The v13 KeywordToolService has been replaced by the v200909 TargetingIdeaService. An example of how to use this service in PHP is available here:
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/trunk/examples/v200909/GetRelatedKeywords.php The TrafficEstimatorService is not yet available in v200909, and you can continue to use the v13 service for CPC estimates.
