Hi Peer, In regards to your first question, the stats for CampaignAdExtensions are currently not available in the API. I can see how this could be useful though, and I'll bring up the idea with the core engineering team.
As for the LocationExtentions that are synced from a Google Places account, you can determine this by looking at the value of LocationExtension.source: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/v2009/docs/reference/CampaignAdExtensionService.LocationExtension.html#source LBC_SYNC corresponds to a synced address, while ADWORDS_FRONTEND corresponds to any manually created address.
