Hi Tony, For the "AdWords API Center" link to appear under the "My Account" menu you must ensure:
1) You are logged into a My Client Center (MCC) account. More information on MCC accounts is available here: http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=7725 2) You are using the new MCC interface. There is a link at the top of the old interface that will take you to the new interface.
