So I'm trying to add a new ad group with 2 associated keywords. I have the ad group adding correctly but am trying to add the keywords without making an additional "get" call to grab the new ad group "id". Is this possible?
Or is it possible to add an ad group and 2 keywords to that ad group at one time?
