I wasn't able to reply to this thread (perhaps because it is from 6
months ago) so I am starting a "new" thread (but I've copied the
thread below for improved search engine indexing)

I sampled two keywords "f5u409" and "belkin" and based on that limited
data set it seems to me that the order is based on the competition
attribute. I wanted to describe my use case and perhaps it covers
Dian's use case as well and it would be simpler to implement than a
full blown sorting parameter input to the service.

Could the results always return the input (if it even exists in the
result set at all) first? For example, submitting "f5u409" should
return "f5u409" first, not "belkin f5u409". likewise submitting
"belkin" should return "belkin" first, not "belkin wireless".
