Hi Christophe, You can develop your application against the AdWords API sandbox. The sandbox provides you all the functionality of the production server, and 5 dummy accounts to test your calls. To make calls to AdWords API sandbox, you need to make your requests to https://adwords-sandbox.google.com instead of https://adwords.google.com. Other details are:
