Can you confirm scopingEntityId is not necessary.
When I create groups, I put a '0'(new EntityID ('CAMPAIGN_ID', 0);)
and my groups are well created anyway!???
So I dont understand the interest.
"v201003 requires you to have at least 100 operations per job."
You mean under 100 operations per job we have to use regular
synchronous services?
