I haven't been able to fully confirm if it works, but you maybe able
to use dynamic keyword insertion in your sitelinks URLs:

  http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=74996

In general though this is not an API related question, and you may
want to post the question to the general AdWords forum:
