So our team can investigate further your concern about retrieving more records via the API as compared to the UI screen of another account, could you share as well the generated and complete request and response logs, and request-id? In addition, could you share that account's complete screenshot of the 'All (upgraded)' view as well? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled (use DEBUG log level) by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our [email protected] alias instead.
