If the uploaded conversions have been reflected in the Conversion view of the 
UI and the API response doesn't have any errors, then this means that the 
upload is successful and it is not needed to upload it again to avoid duplicate 
upload error. Such that it is not attributed in your campaign.

However, this type of concern is more product specific and outside of our scope 
already so our team would not be able to provide support here. With this, I 
would suggest raising your concern to the product team via this link as they 
are more equipped to this matter. They are more knowledgeable on how data and 
statistics are accumulating in an account such as this situation.
