Hello everyone, I'm exploring the Adwords Geotargets Postal Codes CSV file <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting> here (latest version as of 8/18).
Does anyone know a) who creates this file and b) why some geo targets would be in there but others are missing? Thanks!
