Upon seeing the provided screenshot, it appears that you are referring to reach metrics. That being said, you may check this documentation to know more as to which metrics are currently supported in the Google Ads API. With regard to the reach metrics, I am afraid that this is not available in the API. However, our team has already previously created a feature request, subject for review, regarding its availability in the API. For now, you may for now keep an eye on our blog for updates when they become supported.
