If you want to have a refresh token with longer life, then you need to follow 
this link.

As for this question "is it possible that I missed something and google can 
actually issue endless refresh tokens for both my accounts?", you may check on 
your end if its publishing status is in "In production" already. If yes, this 
means that you have already applied this instruction to that account that makes 
the life of the refresh token longer.
