The example that my colleague provided earlier can be used as reference for updating your campaign. You can include additional attributes such as the end date, in your update request should you wish to specify a new date value. As for this item "Also, suppose I want to add another location for the target audience then how to update it?" could you elaborate? If you are referring to location targeting, you may check out this guide. Regarding updating your ads in general, you can use the AdService (see example here) to perform your UPDATE mutate operations for ads that are mutable.
