Hello, I want to add Google ads remarketing tags to my Android and IOS apps. My goal is to identify users who do and don't buy premium memberships and to serve ads. I'm wondering 3 things about this.
1- Is this scenario possible? so could it be? 2- I have nodejs knowledge as backend. Can I create a service using Google ads API and Nodejs? 3- For example; Will the google ads remarketing tag be disabled if a user with an iphone device (IOS) selects the "App don't follow me" option? So what I'm wondering here is: If the user has chosen "do not follow me", will I not be able to show ads to this user?
