You may check this Required Minimum Functionality (RMF) for the features and other functionality that certain tool developers must offer when using the Google Ads API. However, I'm afraid that our team cannot comment if that's permissible or not as per Google Ads Policies. With that said, we would recommend raising it to our Product Support Team instead.
