Sure: Log in to console.cloud.google.com Activate the Google Cloud project where you enabled the Google Ads API, and set up the OAuth consent screen etc.etc. In the hamburger menu top left, select APIs & Services > Enabled APIs & Services. Scroll down a bit, to the list with APIs, en click on Google Ads API.
