Upon checking on my end, It seems that the conversion 463450529 exists. However, since you are uploading this using a MCC account, could you please confirm if you already enabled your conversion tracking? I asked because upon trying the query you will see on this documentation I can see that this customer.conversion_tracking_setting.cross_account_conversion_tracking_id field is not returning. However, if you confirm that you still did not enable this, I would suggest you refer to this documentation also for more information in Cross-account conversion tracking. In addition, I would also suggest you to take a look at this documentation as it has the several requirements that must be met when uploading a ClickConversion.
