I'm using the PHP sdk and I wish to update a bidding strategy portfolio by *removing* the *bid ceiling* for bidding strategy type MaximumConversionValue. I wish to unset the bid ceiling but there's not documentation on what to pass or which method is needed to be called. I have tried setting it *0* which does nothing and tried to set *null* but get an exception due to the code check below on line 131.

(https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-php/blob/main/src/Google/Ads/GoogleAds/V11/Common/MaximizeConversionValue.php#L131) My question is how do you unset it using the sdk? I know it is possible in the Google Ads platform UI. PS. I can set the bid ceiling fine. Just can't unset it.
