I can see that you have created an email thread with us with the email subject 
‘Billing country, Time zone & Currency not set in Test Manager Account’. For 
better issue tracking, I suggest you continue our discussion on that thread 
instead. In addition, I had to delete your post as it contains sensitive 
information. I’ve reposted the question below:


“I'm a developer, in Canada, working for a Hong Kong company. I created a new 
Google Account (****) a few days ago. When I went to 
'https://ads.google.com/um/Welcome/?sf=mt' the first time, I was asked to set 
the Billing country, Time zone & Currency:


Account display name: Test Manager

Primary use of the account: Manage other people's accounts (default)

Billing country: Hong Kong

Time zone: (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Time

Currency: Hong Kong Dollar (HKD HK$)


I did the above but when I pressed Submit, it said "something went wrong. 
Please review your input and try again later.". Then I logged out & logged in 
again and went to 'https://ads.google.com/um/Welcome/?sf=mt' once more. This 
time, I wasn't asked to set anything and when I went to Tools and settings, 
Preferences I saw that the Time zone was set as "(GMT-07:00) Pacific Time" and 
the Account name was blank. I googled this and was told it cannot be changed, 
so I deleted that Google Account.


A few days later, I registered another Google Account (****) and did the same 
above but the same thing and that same message "something went wrong. Please 
review your input and try again later." appeared. Could anyone help? Thanks.


And now Google doesn't allow my mobile number to be used to verify the creation 
of any more Google accounts. Could you help with this, too? Thanks again.
