Hi I am using Java Google Ads API. I want to upload enhanced conversion after my user completes registration, my conversion action is "registration_complete". So after user successfully registers, I take the email and other details of user and order from *my user database* and send it to the API (after hashing the email) using Upload click conversion method. I want to know is there any tags/settings/configuration needed in GTM or Google Ads UI for completing this flow? do I need some GTM tag on my website for this flow to work, if yes what type of tag? I see very small number of conversions against this conversion action.
