Hello, Can I generate forecast metrics via Google Ads API on test manager account?
I used the example code, generate_forecast_metrics.py and got the following error. Error with message "Forecasts, stats, and themed keywords are only available for ENABLED plans. Plan[557054063] has status[PROMOTED]". I have a keyword plan on the account, but it may not be complete because test accounts have not active billing and live ads. I want to know that I can use an ENABLED keyword plan even on test accounts? If so, on what condition a PROMOTED plan becomes ENABLED?
