I thoroughly checked the certain campaign id (18884298127) and I found that this campaign is a Video and Campaign subtype to Target frequency. Note that the not all campaign types in the Google Ads UI are supported in the API, such as Video Campaigns. Video campaign metrics are available for retrieval in the API. However, certain Campaign subtypes for the video campaign is not supported such as Target frequency. Our team already submitted a feature request for this so that in the future, this will become supported. However, please note that this is a subject for review.
