Thanks for a quick response. 
I went through the doc link and video 
<https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6139186> and had below 
questions:
1. How will a clients be able to pay their bills? Do Manager Account Holder 
need to collect the payment or client can individually pay it directly?
2. Instead of getting the consolidated bill at Manager Account level, Can 
individual client get there own bills directly? So that client can pay 
there bill as per there Ad account usage without Manager Account Holder 
intervention. 
3. Can you please let us know if there are any circumstance when a client 
account be blocked? If yes can you please help us know when this blockage 
can happen and will that also block linked Manager Account?
