Hi Team, We are new to Google Ads. We have few questions 1) Is it possible to create Forms or Ads without Campaign and Ads group? Based on my understanding flow will be Campaign --> Ads Group --> Ads --> Form 2) Do we have any testing tool/url to test ads/forms ? if not, how we can test those ads before publishing or live (dev or test environment) 3) After Campaign/Ads creation, what is the approval process?
