In order for our team to provide other possible recommendations, could you provide examples of the conversion ID and tag that you are referring to? If these are visible from the Google Ads UI, could you share the screenshot containing this information? If these are discussed in a documentation, could you share those as well? Furthermore, if the Google Ads UI screenshot you will be sending will contain your user / account information, you can then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option.
