Moving forward to your concern, there could be a lot of reasons why it happens only to a single account and it is also depends on the data of the account has. However, if you are using other accounts with the same query, could you please provide us the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end using another customer id which is able to fetch a report with the same query you used? You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address [email protected].
